Those pompoms remind me of the ones I used to have when I was a kid. I loved them, they were so fun! Back when I was in high school they had 2 different cheer squads: Cheer was tumbling & formations and what not, and then we had Pom which was similar (mostly dance) but the girls did use these miniature pompoms. I remember they had wider strings/fringe to them, as well as metallic/mirror-shine colors, which was really cool. I always wanted to be in Cheer or Pom but I wasn't one of the cool, preppy girls, so... 😝 I was a band nerd. 🤪

I knew the minute that cheerleading uniform appeared on the screen that Link would want to wear that thing, and bless his soul he did just that. What did surprise me though was how much air he got on that jump. Link Neal, you never cease to impress and surprise me and make me smile and laugh harder than anyone else. Don't stop being you, sir.
