I was happy that chicken enchilada soup won. That used to be one of my favorite soups. I grew up having the Chunky sirloin burger soup a lot, too, bc it was my mom’s favorite. That one is pretty good, too. OOH! So is the chicken corn chowder.
I love how versatile those cream-of-whatever soups are. When I was real little, maybe 5, my dad made some rabbit (from hunting) that way once. He placed the pieces over cooked linguine noodles, smothered them in cream of chicken mixed w/cream of mushroom soup & baked it. It was fantastic!
