This is no, no and NO!!!

Pannukakku is:
2 eggs
8 dl milk
1,5 dl sugar
5 dl flour
1 tsp vanilla sugar (if you don't have that, you can leave it out)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
0,5-1 dl melted butter

You can add 1 tsp cardamom if you like but not necessary

Mix eggs and milk
Mix in everything else with eggs and milk
Stir well
Pour the mixture into a large oven pan and bake for 30mins at 225 celsius
Serve it with your favorite jam or just as it is.

I make this literally every weekend. Don't offend me with your terrible recipes!!

That's a crepe ya'll and Finnish MBs are not having such crass misrepresentation of our delicate culinary sensibilities (we know Finnish cuisine is about on par with Brits in appetizingness, but hey). Where did you even find that nonsense? Try this instead: https://herfinland.com/finnish-oven-pancake/ Not my receipe, but looks pretty accurate. (I mean hernekeitto was not hernekeitto either, but I can excuse that, since making it properly from scratch takes foreverrr and who has time, but pannukakku should be pretty simple.)

Yup, this crepe has not seen the real thing by a long mile...sigh.. :)
Real pannukakku is THICK and you eat it with jam and/or whipped cream
