Anneliese is so sweet and I really enjoyed her extra insider knowledge of how the prep comes together and the lighting of the show. She has such a positive energy and I think that really carries through on Mythical Kitchen. Sure, there's chaos. But it's a positive, welcoming feeling. She's a good fit.
