I redeemed my code and I never got my comic book. Idk who to actually contact about this??

I've got the email to redeem my quarterly item but it's not letting me redeem.

Still no email, I wish you would just automatically send the items. The redemption email system is way to broken don’t always get them. 

I've gotten an email 2 actually but the links aren't working

Being patient but still not seeing an email. 6pm EST

Are we supposed to have received this by now? I’m new to this and I haven’t received any items yet, I’ve been a 3rd degree quarterly since November of last year I think, lol please help. 

So, I apparently joined the 3rd degree monthly, about a month too late to qualify for this one, but it's part of why I even got the subscription, is there any way i can still get the item?
