I freaking love this sketch. I remember when it came out and I was honestly blown away, it's been forever since I've seen it so I bursted out laughing when they wheeled in the new Link. Also, the end gets me a little teary-eyed because it's kinda sweet.

Beverley Smith on April 2, 2021 at 3:04 pm

I've noticed that all the best artists are really critical of themselves when they look back at their work and always see things they could have improved upon. My favourite band are always doing it and now I see Rhett and Link do it too. I always want to scream at them though that they're wrong and it was brilliant and give yourselves a break ffs!!!

Chi Sol on March 30, 2021 at 10:20 pm

This sketch is good but legit made me sad. Makes me wonder what a serious series from you guys would look like. You always make funny ones but you definitely got potential in these other genres

Kristen Elizabeth Postava on February 1, 2021 at 1:36 pm

Something I noticed LInk do that I also do...when he got off track, he snapped his fingers. When my brain is going off track, all of the time, I will snap my fingers in my own ear to refocus myself. I have a feeling that he probably has some ADHD symptoms like me. It is like I have a bunch of browser tabs open all at once. This was the first time I noticed it, but I bet, if I go back and watch, I would see him snap more than expected.

Wolf on November 18, 2020 at 3:02 am

The job reference. How dare you insult that work of art!!!!!!

Sara Lynn Moore on October 1, 2020 at 4:52 pm

BFFs was done so well. I remember the first time I saw it. I cried and usually after seeing something multiple times it dampens the emotions. Not this. Every time I watch it it's like the first time all over again. I don't know if this was the intended back story but one comment said it was basically the story of Rhett losing his best friend at a young age but never being able to let go. So, he clones him so he'll never have to say goodbye.

Melanie Gray on September 11, 2020 at 9:25 am

i hadn't seen the job reference one, so just looked it up. Oh, I laughed so hard!

Elizabeth Smetak on August 7, 2020 at 7:18 am

Lmao I love how Link felt as if he were a clone after watching the sketch

Sandra Good on August 9, 2020 at 4:29 pm

I have to tell this.
We were having wontons and my eight year old granddaughter said there was no way she'd eat that. We finally found out why she said "I'm not eating testicles' Lol

Anastasia Busacco on August 6, 2020 at 7:38 am

this was great :) do more

Sarah Strong on August 5, 2020 at 1:11 pm

I love these videos where we get a little look inside of things. Not sure if they’ve done it yet but I’d love to see them react to some of their old songs (Phatdipping, Pillow Song, etc) because those were the first YouTube videos I had ever seen.

Derek Nason on July 30, 2020 at 4:35 pm

The sketch is similar to the movie Moon, Sam Rockwell slowly realizes he is a clone.

Candace Underhill on July 29, 2020 at 11:11 am

You guys are way too hard on yourselves. Those sketches are all brilliant in their own way. This one always hits me in the feels. I do love watching you react. Also, Link the job reference one is great! If you saw the Twitter posts, many people enjoy angry Link.

Kaiya Thomas on August 26, 2020 at 9:13 pm

ughh they're so brilliant in everything they do. they all seem so well thought out and they're very much naturally creative

Sammi Bunch on August 1, 2020 at 10:43 pm

I agree with Candace 100%. For sketch acting on YouTube, I feel like all of them are great and entertaining. You're always your own worst critic, though.

Brooke Fackrell on July 27, 2020 at 11:29 pm

hello

William Whipkey on July 27, 2020 at 8:10 pm

stood next to the microwave🤣

Rasmus Martinsson on July 26, 2020 at 9:26 pm

An idea for these kinds of videos: if it’s been long since you’ve seen them, why not just watch then the whole way through, and then go back and go to certain points that you discovered while watching. I feel like that could work?

Rasmus Martinsson on July 26, 2020 at 9:34 pm

I actually regret my idea now that I’ve watched the whole video. Well, can’t delete on the app so this will just stay here. loved the reaction!

Daisy Reyes on July 25, 2020 at 12:41 am

These extras are what keep me in the society! I love ‘em!

Leanne Ayer on July 24, 2020 at 4:19 pm

I love the react videos and I miss the sketches.

Amanda Montgomery on July 29, 2020 at 8:02 am

Link didn't spoil The Prestige. There's a much bigger reveal at the end.

Kait on July 24, 2020 at 2:31 pm

I love all of your sketches, whether you think they had poor acting or not. Of course you have grown in your capabilities, but don’t look down on your past. These are R&L Hall of Fame classics!!

Annette Gauwitz on July 24, 2020 at 2:31 pm

I love these react videos! it's fun to see how they feel about their work so many years later. so fun!

Laurie Owen on July 24, 2020 at 1:25 pm

I like this sad but funny sketch! it was one of the first ones I watched when my addiction to Rhett and Link was beginning to grow.😉 First one was The puzzle one.

Michelle Flett on July 24, 2020 at 5:57 am

"Well hello Spiderman, I didn't know you had a horse"

Erica Darnell on July 24, 2020 at 9:47 am

I LOVE these react videos. I literally just watched this sketch, like, 3 days ago. I was watching it w/my hubby, just watching his reaction (because, of course, I’ve seen everything y’all have done multiple times, so I’d already seen it). He pretty much had the same reaction I did the first time I watched it, which was kinda the same reaction y’all just had. 😂 The sketch was funny but it was also sad! The microwave scene at the end helped. A little. 🥺

Y’all should react to your camping out sketch. That one is hysterical. Neanderballin’. “Hey, Big Papa.” 🤣

Judah Belsky on July 24, 2020 at 2:43 am

That video was my favorite from Sketchtober. The music and Link's subtle smile at the end were perfect! Also, was planning on watching The Prestige at some point so thanks for that xD

Jolanda on July 24, 2020 at 12:47 am

You guys are to hard on yourselves! Your work was and is amazing. This sketch does hit the feels though. The react videos are hands down my favourite, followed by the car vlogs

Lisa Bortz on July 24, 2020 at 5:15 am

The first time I watched that video I cried at the ending. Great work you guys.

Job Reference is still my favorite.

Janiell Taylor on July 23, 2020 at 10:12 pm

now I need to watch something funny to help me feel better 🥺😭 The Job Refernce is hilarious. Link you do such an amazing job! Your anger, annoyance and your hair is on point in that sketch. You are very attractive in that sektch Link. Rhett I love you playing with the Lincoln Logs and how well you talk on the phone like its no big deal what you are saying.

Ashleigh Dyer on July 23, 2020 at 8:18 pm

Maybe that's why Links memory is terrible 😂 he's a clone who has patches of memories from previous clones 😂

Ashleigh Dyer on July 23, 2020 at 8:13 pm

This is literally one of my favourite skits, I watched it just after I discovered you guys for the first time while binge watching all of your videos. Love it!

Jessica Mueller on July 23, 2020 at 6:05 pm

Curious to know why you dislike The Job Reference so much? It's a favorite!!

Erika K Jones on July 23, 2020 at 5:58 pm

Your reaction is EXACTLY how I feel every time I watch! Whatever bad performances you thought you saw can all be put aside because anything that can elicit that kind of emotion is high quality! Love it!!

Christie Bruno on July 23, 2020 at 11:35 pm

Hey Link, The Job Reference is one of my favorite videos!

Eric Clark on July 23, 2020 at 11:31 pm

This reminds me of a Blackmirror episode, but funny. Glad to have this during the break.

Heather L Hogan on July 23, 2020 at 4:22 pm

Love the sketches. This is probably my favorite (but the Job Reference sketch is still funny, I love it, too!)

Nia Raines on July 23, 2020 at 11:12 pm

this is one of my favorite sketches good job guys gives me the feels 😟

Johanna Inkiläinen on July 23, 2020 at 3:48 pm

I LOVE THESE REACT VIDS SO MUCH!
BFF sketch is one of my all-time favorites too.<333

Karen Dunn on July 23, 2020 at 10:19 pm

I love the job reference.

Rose Black on July 23, 2020 at 3:10 pm

I really love this sketch. I totally get the weird feeling thing you were talking about, cuz it's like funny but sad and it's like my brain just can't process the two things together.
Btw I really want to see you react to the job reference!

Lauren Bynum on July 23, 2020 at 3:10 pm

This was so funny!! I loved this! PLEASE react to "Men Who Can't Pee: A Failed Commercial" next!! Or anything with Rusty Barefoot, Sr. and Larnold Jernigan, Sr.!! They are hilarious!!

Julia Okonska on July 23, 2020 at 2:53 pm

I LOVE this react series so much!! I kinda wish they could also see the youtube comments for this video, because at one point all the top comments were just people saying how that sketch made them tear up 😅
And big yes to them reacting to the Job Reference!

Lynne Becker on July 23, 2020 at 2:43 pm

The Job Reference is fantastic!

Trinity Wheeler on July 23, 2020 at 2:39 pm

This was great and you guys should really watch The Job Reference because it was so good and I even remember my teacher playing it in class for everybody so that's gotta count for something.😅😬

Guru Shabd Khalsa on July 23, 2020 at 9:37 pm

HAHAHAHA I love this!
they should react to some of buddy system!
or yes, everything they’ve done will work too 🤣🤣🤣

Kristina Glasgow on July 23, 2020 at 2:20 pm

Love this series.

Pira Rasmussen on July 23, 2020 at 2:19 pm

y'all are too hard on yourselves, everything from sketchtober was and still is an absolute treasure 😤 ESPECIALLY the job reference

Beth Ann Smith on July 23, 2020 at 9:16 pm

They can do this for every video in their library and I’d be ok with that.

Leena Pentti on July 23, 2020 at 2:12 pm

This is really the perfect creation. In such a short time, you managed to paint a sad picture of a fake friendship and a full-on sci-fi film.

But definately react to the job reference one, too, it's as funny ad this one was tragic.

jacquelin Davis on August 9, 2020 at 9:39 am

I don't see it as a fake friendship. It's a friendship too real to ever end.

Ryan Glenn on July 23, 2020 at 2:08 pm

Nyysssss!

Kathaleen Damjan on July 23, 2020 at 2:26 pm

Thanks link!!! The one movie you have seen but I have not!!! That music was really good and loved how Rhett put an emphasis on his name in the "re"introduction to Link

Rebekah Melkonyan on July 23, 2020 at 9:01 pm

This made my day! missing you guys this week!
